Fabiano Designs is responsible for the interior and exterior transformation of an existing 22,000 SF community center (The Hull House) into a 47,000 SF family fitness center. The programming involves a 3,000 SF lounge, indoor pool, a massive 5-story glass enclosed rock-climbing wall, roof-top lap pool, interior and exterior activity decks as well as an outdoor projection screen enclosed in the courtyard.
